Nether is a good friend of mine. He credits the Gutierrez Memorial Fund for opening a lot of doors for him as a legitimate muralist. If anyone is interested in supporting creative community based endeavors, please investigate the memorial fund. They’ve funded many public artworks, community foundations, and oddball ideas. Consider the Station North Tool Library, the Baltimore Rock Opera Society, Artblocks, Iteneris, and others.

The sharp shinned hawk looks very similar, but it’s much smaller, so I think the artist was going for coopers.
