Can anyone recommend a place to buy lobster from a local vendor? Looking to cook a nice meal at home.

Conrads is great and this would be my first choice, but if for any reason they're out, Wegmans has a live lobster tank.

Dunno how you define “local vendor”, but Wegmans up in Hunt Valley usually has some nice live ones

I guess local vendor is a little ambiguous. My original post was written to ask if there was a better option than Costco or Whole Foods, but those posts kept getting removed by the auto mods. Conrad’s seems to fit the bill of exactly what I am looking for.

They used to have them at Faidley's in Lexington Market. You should call to confirm, haven't been there since covid.
