Hey, does anyone have any suggestions for blackwork tattoo artists in the city? Extra emphasis on Hampden. Looking to build a relationship with an artist for a series of tattoos.

Apparently you have to be named Alex to do blackwork in Baltimore. And he’s in Hampden.
