Looking for a spot that's open by 3pm for post-work Happy Hour drinks in Fed Hill. Some spots don't open till 4, so we're looking for something earlier than that.

Would love somewhere that isn't super loud but has a chill ambience. Thanks for any recs!

Hair of the dog before 7, Delia foleys as well. If you go up towards locust point Wiley’s is exactly what you’re looking for

Haha our work place is right in Fed Hill so while I would never frequent it for the late night scene, I mentioned Fed Hill for the convenience of everyone. Apparently this is unpopular though, and I've been downvoted on this post? People are silly.

Riverside taphouse opens at 12p everyday. They're good for specialty drinks but no happy hour. It's like the 1500 block of light street.

Mother's opens at 12 as well. More standard bar options drinkwise, but you should be able to catch a special. More of a bar atmosphere than riverside. It's down by the cross street market.

Right across from it is Magerks. Nothing special about it. Pretty average food and drinks. I believe they also open at 12 though.

Back by Riverside is Rowan Tree, on Charles St. It's strictly a bar, it'll be mostly empty except for the regular alcoholics. It's owned by an old gay couple and is gay friendly/ lightly themed, but not actually a gay bar. The best for a "bar atmosphere" option. Reds' (the main bartender) rum punch is great. If Donna is bartending, don't try to order anything special lol. They have a backroom with a free pool table, which is nice. If you're not looking for food, this would be my suggestion. Even if you do get hungry, you can order food in and eat it there. They open at 1pm during the week.
