I was just reviewing the annual tax appraisal thingoo and on it and on the realproperty site I'm listed as the owner at the same address, but they both state "Not a principal residence". How do I get that fixed with the city?

Not sure. Somehow my mother is on my mortgage with me when you look it up.

Dang thanks y'all. This is cutting it close, Apparently I only have 180 days after title transfer to submit the homestead tax credit application and I never received the application in the mail even though my deed got published end of November.

I’ve never heard of this 180 limit. I received my homestead years after my title was issued to me. So did many others I know.
