There are some books that I wish I could read again for the first time. The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is at the top of that list. The twists and turns and eventual revealing of the plot are impactful and starkly beautiful to me. I wish I could have that again.

Booked to Die by John Dunning would be a close second.

I can read mysteries a second or third time and just enjoy the ride and the characters but I can't get the first read od those two books back again.

The Library at Mount Char. With rereads I have lost that sense of surprised wonder or horror.

The Harry Potter series! I remember having to wait two years to find out what happened next, and it was so exciting.

Peak Harry Potter was amazing. I got into when only the first two were out. As a teenager I read The Order of the Phoenix in one day, from the morning nonstop until the middle of that night. Good times.

When I read Larsson's books again, i skipped a lot of the stuff without Salander in it. Made it feel a bit different.

Hardly an uncommon opinion here but it would have to be the Discworld novels by Terry Pratchett. Rereading them is still fun but nothing hits better than some of those jokes and concepts the first time you read them.
