Cathy has Jory with Julian, another ballet dancer who I believe she marries for a brief period, he's horrible and abusive as are most men in VC Andrews books. Her other son is Bart Jr.

She also collapses and begins bleeding heavily early in Petals on the Wind and needs a d&c, but it's kind of open ended on whether she was suffering a miscarriage from sleeping with Chris in the attic, or if malnutrition and poisoning just messed up her menstrual cycle.
