Similar to Dresden? The Alex Verus series by Benedict Jacka, the Rivers of London series by Ben Aaronovich, the Iron Druid series by Kevin Hearne and the Twenty Palaces series by Harry Connolly. All are great and all are first person.
Also I just started the Sandman Slim series by Richard Kadrey and that seems pretty good too.
Rook by Daniel O'Malley may be right up your street. First person urban fantasy set in a government department for the supernatural. The structure of the story reminds me of Andy Weir's writing in that a problem presents and the protagonist solves it competently. I really enjoyed it.
Big +1 to Rivers of London. Great storyline across 10+ books, well written fun characters, and if you like listening to your books, a really well done audio book series read by Kobna Holbrook-Smith
