You can yes. They have a massive catalog so that would likely be the best place to start. I've searched it like 1 time so I can't give any tips on refining search parameters, but definitely check it out.

Give it a try. If you go to advanced search, you can set a range for publication years. And try police and training for keywords (or subjects).
