I do love the feel of a new book, but ebooks are pretty handy. I can read on my kindle no matter what light setting I’m in, can lay on my side, change the font size and type (even have one for dyslexia), they’re super lightweight and easy to hold, small and I can toss in my tiny crossbody purse. Plus there are so many free or cheap ebooks. And the ability to borrow instantly from your library. I never thought I’d love one but I do. Mine stays charged for days even if I read a lot. I also don’t have a lot of room for storing physical books so the kindle is nice. I still buy books if I already know I love them or it’s one I want to keep, but otherwise I just use my kindle and borrow from the library.
