Why does he do that? By Lundy Bancroft - Such a marvellous book!

I've recently got out of an abusive relationship and I didn't want to ever be in the same situation again so I was looking into finding out how one could spot red flags early when I was recommended this book and my oh my, am I extremely glad to have begun reading it. I'm on page 611 and I think my awareness about these things have increased so much! I am so greatful to have been able to read this book and I would recommend it to anyone who is on the lookout for gaining understanding about healthy relationships or people to be around and who to avoid!

I read this years ago when I was getting out of an abusive relationship. Now I recommend it to my clients. It is absolutely the best book for understanding abusive men and why you are not going to change them.

I had a similar experience getting out of a verbally abusive relationship and turned to “The verbally abusive relationship” by Patricia Evans. It was life changing and I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely be checking this one out, thank you! And congratulations on getting out of your bad relationship!
