No need to force yourself. If I just finished an extra good book or series, I always take a break to come down and process.
It can also be tough sometimes to get going again. My advice would be to pick a book and finish it. Just read till you get bored or lose interest, put it down and come back later and pick back up where you left off. It doesn't matter if you only manage 5 minute chunks , it'll get easier with practice.

I'm starting Where The Crawdads Sing, I've heard it's pretty good. I also recommend Before The Coffee Gets Cold. It's very easy to read when you're kinda in a book slump because the format seems more like short stories than one singular novel.

Change things up. Take a break. Life happens. Thank me later. P.S. Social media: Avoid that too for awhile.

Try the book I Am Pilgrim by Terry Hayes. It’s a very well written thriller without the usual cliches. And a gripping narrative!

Iron Druid Chronicles - its about a young, funny guy, who also happens to have access to magic. Its set in modern day America, oh and hes the last druid; and 2000 years old, technically.
The Dresden Files - think of it as if harry potter had grown up, become a full wizard, opened a detective agency in Chicago and then slowly became a bit bitter and experienced. As one bad thing after another kept happening to him as he fights the creatures and bad guys
He who fights with Monsters - A guy called Jason gets transported to a world where magic is real and is given a game like system user interface to help him navigate through the new world
Any of those sound good?, oh and they are all available as audio books too

Don’t just pick up any old book. Reflect on what you have liked and look for something similar.

Take a break from reading. Watch a movie, take long walks, go shopping, whatever. Don't read. Be bored for a bit.
Then go to a library/bookstore, browse a bit and pick something that sounds interesting to you. Don't google reviews, don't ask the internet (Goodreads, Reddit, etc) if they think it's good. Just pick something that speaks to you.
Eventually, you'll come across a book that you'll want to read and your slump will be over.
