Anyone inside of 128 was only supposed to get 3 inches at most. That just happens to be like 80% of the state population. The 12 people outside 495 look like they got a decent amount.

I'm outside 495 at the moment. Looks like we only got 2-3" so far, though it's supposed to snow all day.
