I’ve been interested in trying new bakeries that sell tiramisu and make a ranking list. So far I have tried from Modern and Bova’s, my all time fave being from Konditor Meister in Braintree. Let me know what other spots to try and I’ll let y’all know how I feel about them!

Yes, came here for this. Even people I know from Milan said it was just as good as from back home.

Don’t get the whole cake though, only the individual slices use lady fingers!

They have two kinds of tiramisu. The cake style they keep in the cake case and the quarter sheet style they prepack and sell for 13/14 bucks. The prepack is the good stuff.

Source- worked there for years, and still go back for the prepack style for birthdays and holidays. It's fantastic.

If you’re willing to travel outside of Boston, Da LaPosta in Newton. Get the chicken parm as well.

Otto does a tiramisu bowl sort of dessert that’s delicious and a huge portion.

there use to be this little pastry store in Chinatown that sells tiramisu in a cup... instead of lady fingers they use the edge of the birthday cakes... they... were the best

It's a no-bake fridge dessert that takes 15 minutes to put together. If you're gonna go all the way to a grocery store, buy some mascarpone and ladyfingers and make it yourself. Storebought tiramisu is ridiculously overpriced and consistently garbage.

Confused as to where you think I said I wanted to go to a grocery store to buy it. I asked for any and all recommendations

I mean, half the people here suggested grocery stores. Besides, I'm telling you exactly where to get the best tiramisu in town. All it takes is whisking a bowl of mascarpone, a bowl of yolks, and then folding it all together. If you're lazy or just can't cook, then go ahead and disregard this comment...

One person suggested Whole Foods LMAO I’m not too lazy to make my own, I just have had fun trying different variations of tiramisu
