Looking for a resource on free Wi-Fi and guest passwords for the disenfranchised in the area. Is there one floating around, or should we make one?

What does free wifi have to do with people who have been deprived of their right to vote?

It can be used for any right or privilege.

Boston has free WiFi called "Wicked Free WiFi" that can usually be found near some city buildings. Not the best but functional.
