If you absolutely don't care about price and want the best, the Mandarin Oriental has an incredible spa.

Mandarin is the best hands down. G20 is good also.

I had a weird experience at G20 with the woman who gave me my facial. Her line of questioning/concern about something she claimed she saw on my skin but I have never noticed or had anyone comment on made me uncomfortable and felt like she was trying to get me to buy something by pointing out something that could be a flaw (but doesn't exist). I also just didn't think it was that great for all the high ratings it gets. I've only been once but I don't think I would go back there.

Exhale- Battery Wharf is also incredible.

Was she an older Eastern European woman? If so I had a similar experience when she was doing my brows very soon after I had a baby. Obviously my skin was a wreck - it didn’t need to be pointed out!

I think so! She asked if I was being abused because of the dark circles under my eyes. I use concealer but they really are not that bad. They’re pretty consistent with typical dark circles. It was the first time anyone has ever asked me that or commented on my dark under eye circles.

I love Mandarin Oriental, but they reconfigured their schedule so appointments start at the same time (used to have some staggered times). It means the check in process can be chaotic, which is disappointing for a very expensive experience.
