Yeah I can definitely do that, but just would prefer if there's an actual option to print 2x2 photos.

Doesn’t really work that way. Places like CVS (and the USPS) run the same software as the state department to determine if the photo is acceptable. If you want to risk it to save $10, good luck.

You pay CVS to take your photo. The kiosk that customers use for printing photos doesn’t have the software.
