I’ve stayed at “The Beverly” a few times. Formerly the Lakeview Motor Lodge. There’s really no where else to stay in town. Always clean and better than expected. Not sure what the rates are, but also not sure where you can stay anywhere in New England for under $200/night that isn’t rundown or high risk for bedbugs.
