Al’s Cafe on Main Street in Cambridge. $11 + tax for a bigass “small” sub, a bag of chips, and a drink. $9.50 for just the sandwich. A price increase is coming next month tho.

Also has locations on State Street, near south station, and in the seaport. Probably the best deal in town honestly. $13 for a massive large sub that is really 2 meal's-worth.

I made the mistake of getting a large when they first opened and oof. I got something with sauce so I couldn’t refrigerate it and had to eat it all at once. Needless to say, I didn’t need dinner that evening.
