Does anyone have any idea what the 2 helicopters that are hovering over charlestown are here for?

I came here looking for this. I drove over the bridge and saw police boats In the water and state police flying in that direction. Seems odd that the helicopters got there so early. I saw the helicopters coming from Somerville. Looks like something going on in the water

Edit. I saw 3 helicopters
