Just know that as soon as you take the first puff they'll be a statie helicopter hovering over your head until the drugs leave your system, at least two years later

Yes, it's the city. Unless you can find a nice boat. Or are willing to schlep out to the countryside. So I guess the city is the best unless you have literally any other option.

Within the city itself, maybe the Arboretum or the Public Garden? I'm also partial to the view on Corey Hill when it's nice out.
