If this is in Boston Proper it’ll sell for 1.5 million and get torn down and a new condo building will be in its place with condos going for 1million each in 2 years

I live nearby, it’s hilarious because they developed the two neighboring lots into luxury shit already but then the new owners have this fuckin thing next door.

It’s pretty funny but I won’t miss it.
