Submitted by ssm--- t3_yio5fh in boston

My boyfriend’s birthday is coming up and I’m planning to take him out to a fine dine restaurant, and he loves Spaghetti Aglio E Olio! Any suggestions for specific restaurants? I know North end would have a lot of places that make this.

Thanks!

Make it at home? It’s just fresh pasta and quality oil…

Making fresh pasta is a fun date thing, and you can make the oil yourself too if you find fresh olives.

call and ask if they will make it, any place that says no should be easy to rule off the list

A good man! Truly a simple dish that most any decent chef should have mastered. I like to use that same idea and make a cacio e pepe.
