Good industry bar near South End

I'm looking for a good bar in the South End neighborhood of Boston.

I work in kitchens in another big city and love the local spots we hit up after service. I would love to find a chill dive bar that people in the industry tend to frequent.

Any suggestions?

Also, head over the greenway and hit Biddy Earlys. That spot is so damn good. After work, buisness folks. skaters., graf writers, day drinkers, all the good things you want in a bar that opens at 10 am and closes at 2am
