Owner is an older guy that lives in the main house and I think he just likes having someone around to give him hand with taking trash out, shoveling, etc …he’s not trying to get rich off the rental and likes that I’m from the neighborhood to begin with

Forgot to mention in first comment that I get 2 side-by-side parking spots in driveway too lol
