Thanksgiving plans fell through so the wife and I are trying to venture out for food and beer. Anybody have an idea of what is or will be open tonight?

Idk if this is your vibe but I love to dress up and grab a bottle and walk around with my girl. Allston is particularly good for this but set your own route. I like to check out parts of the neighborhood I haven't been to and of course anything they looks like it might have a view or a water feature

There's almost nothing open on Thanksgiving. Some of the CVS's are open till 5pm, others stay closed. The trains still run, occasionally. Other than that, Beantown shuts down.

Well, I didn't check personally. I just read a couple of web pages reporting all the things that were closed… they listed everything I'm familiar with. Of course they didn't investigate every single place in town.
