Almost any convenience store or smoke shop. But you’re not going to like the selection. Anything flavored is banned. Even menthol cigarettes aren’t allowed here

There is some fascinating science behind flavorings, especially menthol, in tobacco products. The scientists working for Big Tobacco certainly aren’t dumb, there’s a reason why menthol was added to 90% of all tobacco products (even Marb Reds have some L-menthol added).

Not sure. And if you don’t have a brand. I recommend luto XLs, i think that’s what they’re called. I used to work at a shop in Ri with the same laws and those were always good and consistent
