I’ve been trying to find a good pizza place since I moved here but have been unsuccessful so far. I know there’s good places in the north end, but I was just looking for a place that’s easier for me to pickup from. Anyone got recommendations? I prefer New Haven/ thin style pizza

Dirty Water is the best in Back Bay imo. They're more NY style than New Haven though.

I was looking for a quick slice in back bay and was caught off guard with how good dirty water was. Would recommend as well.

Picco is the best (not quite in Back Bay but close)

Brigham Circle probably doesn’t count as near Fenway, but I find both Penguin Pizza and Il Mondo to have some tasty slices. And Penguin is a great place to just hang out and have a drink.

In Fenway, you’re probably not going to find it. Max & Leo’s is fine, but their Newton location is measurably better.

If you don’t mind exploring, there’s a Frank Pepe’s in Chestnut Hill for New Haven style. My favorite pizzeria in Boston-area is Ciao! in nearby Chelsea for neapolitian style. I also really dig Ernesto’s which has a second location in Assembly, and they should deliver to Fenway.

Everybody who tries it likes it. Nice draft beer selection, too.

I went there a lot in college (2005-2008). Went back a few weeks ago to meet some friends and was happy to find they were still on top of their game. The bartender (Rich, I think) hasn’t changed one bit either, it was like stepping back into the past!

Union Pizza, which was in the South End, just opened last week on Newbury street. I think it's the best of your two given neighborhoods.

Hard Agree on Union Park Pizza. Great pizza and great people there too. Don’t get the cookies tho, they’re hella sweet.
