Nope! I’ve been with RCN since 2019 at my current address and I just call when the rate goes up and ask for a lower rate.

Nah, I think my only option is to switch providers, which means choosing between Comcast & Starry

Fios? I'd schedule something with Comcast (check online for special rates, free installation, etc.) and then call to cancel RCN for that date and see if they come back with a better deal.

Since RCN became Astound(?) the customer service has gotten worse but it's still the best value around.

FIOS isn't available in my area unfortunately. Looks like I'm eligible for Comcast black friday deal. RCN offered like $5 discount, so just asked them to cancel
