I was paying the same except now its 300 and they did not bother to to tell me its 300. Cool stuff.

I also had 200 and went to 300. The way I understand it is your line is already provisioned for 300/300, so it costs them nothing to "unlock" it. They offer this as an upgrade in the online portal and do it to throw you a bone if you are calling to negotiate price.
