Hey! I can't speak to the legal issues around working and immigration, but in general there is a lot of demand in the greater Boston Metro area for MD/PhDs. There are MANY, MANY (many) companies of varying sizes.

I haven't scrolled through there much recently but I think it might be a good starting point for both jobs and potentially for networking events as well.
