This is my cat! He's an outdoor cat, guess he lost his collar, but he's not far from home and would be fine if you let him out :) thanks for taking care of him! I hope he was sweet and friendly!

You should not let your cat roam the streets, unless you don’t want it to live very long. You live in Dorchester. Traffic everywhere. Get a clue.

Haha, I don't let him do that, he makes that decision himself. He's car savvy and smart enough to take care of himself, and I couldn't keep him inside if I wanted to. Plus I respect his sentience. Would rather have him live shorter but happy than long and miserable

Reread that last statement. There’s so much idiocy packed into a single paragraph. I don’t have time for people like you. Keep the poor cat inside. You might actually have to (gasp!) play with it and interact with it.

I would advise OP to not give the cat back to this person claiming it’s theirs, since they plan on continuing to let it roam the city streets in frigid temperatures and don’t even have the decency to get it microchipped.

Saw from the other thread that this is Henry. Met him a couple of weeks ago - super sweet and talkative.
