The nature of each ticket says you have no chance of winning the appeal. "I just moved here and didn't know" won't be a defense.

That's absolutely not true at all. First timers can easily get at least one ticket waived

Not being from Boston doesn't mean you can't read signs. That's what they will tell you. Bus Stops are usually very clearly marked, otherwise people wouldn't know where to catch the bus. They won't waive this one.

And I've never seen a handicap ramp that wasn't marked as such. If you can prove that a handicap ramp wasn't marked properly, you might get this one waived. Go to the ramp and take a picture.

I can read just fine since I just read your response. Parking is not the same everywhere. These things come with learning to someone that is not familiar with a city. Thanks for the advice about the handicap sign.

You're wasting your time trying to appeal tickets that were correctly issued. Nothing you can say will result in the tickets being dropped.

Consider it an expensive lesson in your responsibilities regarding driving a car in a dense city.

I've had 3 tickets dropped where I was in the wrong. Always worth it to appeal
