Sugar free alcohol ...? I'm honestly not sure such a thing is chemically possible! Alcohol comes from the fermentation of sugars ...! Doesn't it?!

Are you talking about added sugars or just things with a really low carb count?

You can find Michelob ultra (or some other low carb beer) at the star market at TD garden, per your earlier question.

Literally any base hard alcohol is essentially sugar free, or at least has such low sugar content that you wouldn't worry about it knocking you out of ketosis, even after a dozen shots. Whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, brandy, tequila. Google "bar" or "liquor store" for your target area and look at the map results.

IMHO the best way to enjoy low-calorie, no-added-sugar alcohol is to get vodka or whiskey and mix it with zero-calorie soft drinks.

You can say I have crap taste, but that's mostly what I drink. Diet Barq's Root Beer and whisky, especially, is a great combo.

This is essentially what hard seltzers are, but I prefer the freedom to mix my own combinations.

If you are on a sugar-restricted diet you need to understand that all alcoholic beverages are complex hydrocarbons akin to table sugar and the body will break these down to some extent to usable sucrose and glucose and similar complex compounds used by the body. So they will raise one's glucose levels and the associated A1C levels just as much as a couple of dishes of ice cream.
