Hello, I am looking for any Italian delis in Boston that have stuffed peppers. I used to get the best stuffed peppers in east boston up until last year when Roy's in Eastie closed. I am desperate to find other places that have stuffed peppers and need your help finding it.

I’m guessing Middleboro might be too far? If you’re ever down that way “Lorenzo’s” makes fantastic stuffed peppers.

Carmella’s Market in East Boston is under new management and they hired a lot of the people who worked at Roy’s. They sell the basically same sweet and hot stuffed peppers you could get at Roy’s!

Have you tried making your own? They're not that hard to make and quite fun.

For some reason half the liquor stores in the south shore sell them

Spinelli's in East Boston has pretty good stuff, though I haven't tasted their stuffed peppers, everything else I've gotten there is pretty good and I'm a fan of their red sauce.

If you friend Roy on facebook, he still makes them and you can text him your order; he comes to Eastie every month or so to deliver. (Can't speak to how this works as I failed to order on time for Christmas.)

As another poster said, Costco, really. I think they are pretty good and cheap.

Right off Rt. 1 in Saugus, check out https://jpaceandson.com/

Then about 2 miles away, again off Rt. 1 onto Rt. 99, you have Barbiero. Nobody in there speaks a lick of English, straight Italian. Everything in there is Italian from the dish soap to the sauces, pasta and every other sundry.
