Anyone know where to find double cream in Boston? I know you can substitute heavy whipping cream but am looking for the real deal if it exists around here? Thanks in advance!

Whole foods has it, sometimes I've had to ask a worker to find it because it hides behind the other dairy.

It's just the UK term for whipping cream.

I know it’s similar, but I think it has a different fat content than US whipping cream.

It does so you can just eat it straight up over fruit without whipping it since it’s already thick enough. (Strawberries and cream in the UK is just strawberries and double cream, unwhipped.

You could add a little melted butter to it.
