I often see honeycomb tripe and pork trotter at H Mart and 99 Ranch Market, and a few times at Market Basket. I haven't had too many problems finding dried chiles and hominy at most supermarkets or corner stores.

H-mart probably has connections for special order stuff, too, if you’re close to one.

If you’re in JP go to Americas Food Basket in Hyde Park. I’m Salvi and my family would go there for all our grocery shopping. Also Happy Market by Forest Hills/JP tennis courts is well stocked on a lot of Latin American products and even sells Dominican food n stuff
