iopener has an ecstatic dance event once a month at the Somerville Armory. Looks like next one is February 19.

Not sure if there still there but Spontaneous Celebrations in JP was a community space that that did regular drum circle type/hippy friendly events. There's also a a newly renovated meditation center in Watertown that has regular sits and events.

Look around the colleges, they’ll advertise around BU and Northeastern I’m sure. They’re easy enough to find in Western Mass that way at least.
