Ask her to go have a smoke at lunch. Years ago i found out my boss smoked. We ended up getting stoned in her car at lunch all the time.

Don't do this. This is the worst idea.
Especially if you have any kind of job that involves driving and heavy machinery.

Even then, don't be the employee that's drunk/stoned at work. It's a bad look.
