Planet fitness is probably your best bet. They may let you in free if you explain it’s just a quick shower, but if not the day pass isn’t expensive and there’s a few around the city. Take note though that you need to bring your own towels and toiletries. I’d suggest sandals too.

They've been having a ton of problems with people coming in and stealing from lockers so they may say no.

Def some flip flops. Maybe hit TJ Maxx beforehand for flops and a towel.
