No. I honestly don't wanna talk about it. I just want to be somewhere where I don't have to smell it constantly. It's really hard because my body breaks out in hives and my asthma is constant.

Probably not a city in the country that will keep you that isolated unfortunately. Have you tried an N95 mask? Or one with intake filters?

Otherwise you're looking at the burbs where you can be in your car until the door of whatever store you're going to.

If your asthma is that poorly controlled, you should be on a inhaled corticosteroid. And if you're already on one, you really need to have your doctor reevaluate your treatment plan.

I was on one due to my Covid infection in 2020. I nearly died from Covid and my asthma was bad before but it's unbearable now I don't like taking an inhaler long-term as I can cause other side effects. However, I don't think it's some thing that I should have to take constantly anyway. I don't want to have to take an inhaler, Just walking down the street five times a day..

You have asthma. You need to be on inhalers. Or one day, you could end up dead. I have three inhalers. I don't like it. But it's what I need to maintain a fulfilling life without having to worry about restricting my activities to what is safe for my lungs.

What’s worse the “other side effects” of the inhaler or the things you claim to be suffering from now?

Studies of being on corticosteroids, long-term have negative effects, like malfunctions of the kidneys, liver or heart, depression, etc.

Smelling weed does not give you heart palpitations. That is your anxiety.

Those studies are more geared towards oral corticosteroids which are significantly larger doses. 🙄
