Yh I don’t get that message I personally think it might be an actual system setting if all your game settings are fine

Try going to account settings - privacy and online safety - xbox live privacy- customise - communication and multiplay and just check if everything is enabled

yeah it is but I like to play with crossplay off so I don't play against pc players and that
