That's so not how it works. The words 'new' and 'used', since you obviously don't understand, contradict one another.

The word you want is 'refurbished'.

No, because the used one would be new to op, refurbished is a fixed used one, say if op did buy a refurbished one, it could be said that they had a new refurbished used console

"New to OP" doesn't mean "new". New means new.

You must really be British yourself to not understand such a simple basic word as 'new'.

Refurbished means "used but functions as good as new" which would be the correct word to use.
