I think it's more important to have a 4k screen. If it can do more than 60 fps that's a bonus, but 4k and HDR seem more important.

The loading times alone to me are worth on both next gen consoles. Its crazy how fast things load.

Ya need a new monitor dude. Depends what ya play really. If you are a FPS kinda guy where every slight minisecond matters, then definitely go for the 120hz. If you are more interested in visuals then obviously go for the 4k. You can get monitors that do both, but they are very expensive at the minute.

If your screen is only 60fps thats as high as it can go. You'll need a screen that supports 120fps. But you'll want a screen that supports 4k if your upgrading to a ps5.
