Given the liquid metal issue, I'd wait for the new Slim or Pro. You've waited this long already. Hopefully my launch PS5 will survive until then.

I thought there was only an issue if the console had been taken apart for some reason? Taking it apart disturbs the seals which makes them leak or something?
