If the console is in good working order, they can go for 150-300$. It's really up to you how much you want for it, but for both controllers and all the cables, I think 200$ is pretty fair.

As for the games, it looks like you've got some original boxes for them? Do you still have the inserts too? If they're in good condition, that can up the price. So you might want to sell them separately. But generally, they can go from 10-50$. Typically 10$, but this very much depends on their condition.

OR, for something absolutely priceless, go out and buy yourself an old tube TV and set up a little nostalgic gaming corner in your home!

200$ ?Damn. I'm so happy they sell for like 40$ in My region of the world. Very few inflated game prices here.

But it really depends if you're selling purely for collection purposes or you're selling simply to let another person of family have fun with an oldschool console.

Mind you I think festers quest is getting a little rare out there these days

Only thing you can do is compare what they are going for online, then put it up for sale at the amount you want and see if anyone buys and if they don't then reduce the price.

Personally, if the most you'll get is 1-200 dollars I'd consider keeping it for nostalgia's sake unless you're really desperate for cash.

What’s a PAL console if you don’t mind explaining?

Just a joke of mine, It's a European Console (mainly) that runs at 50hz as opposed to 60.
A common reason that people don't use these is because of lack of ROMhack support, but most games target 60hz.

I'd honestly save it a bit more years until its like 500$ value or more, pretty much depends on how old it is. But tbh i wouldn't sell it if i were you

Think of the average price for the ROB extension today, it’s about a hundred bucks, and a gameboy sells anywhere from 100 to 200. The games themselves for NES and all game boys are about 20 bucks so you need to get your money’s worth. Your gonna want to go 400-700 dollars or do not sell that thing at all.
