I buy games and consoles from my local auction, garage sales, junk shops, and other places like that. I sell them on Ebay and always put them on auction. So am I a scalper? People only pay what they think is fair so I personally don't think I am.

Depends on your prices, which you failed to mention. However if you’re actually getting them from auctions and garage sales, I’m guessing you’re NOT buying up new consoles and up-selling them to people who can’t find one normally. In that case, I’d say no, you’re just making smart investments.

Local garage sales auctions and stuff like that isnt buying it for retail and selling it for 10x more because people have no way of sourcing another yes you're making profits but not in a bad way unlike what scalpers do they do make profits in a bad way

No. You're a reseller. The main difference being that you're not actively contributing to the lack of supply by buying all available stick. You're just buying a product and reselling it for a profit (or loss) depending on what the market dictates.

When you see definition about scalpers you know you’re not one of them. You simply collect used items and resell them , you’re a reseller. While scalpers scalp all the shit for new and sell them to people who can’t find one to make profit of it.

A scalper is someone who buys like 10 at a time from the store and sells is for like 3-5x the price knowing that they’re unavailable everywhere else.
