A slim ps5 would be great, it's gigantic. I've never bought a console twice unless one died, so hopefully I won't be buying a second ps5.

What makes you say that? I haven't heard much about it.

Exactly, it doesn't seem like that at all. On the contrary, there were comments from companies that they will not make any upgrades or half-gen in this generation.

The current gen machines are very powerful, the only people saying otherwise are PC gamers with too much money, after they spent a car's worth on a GPU. Sure it's possible to make a better PC, it's always possible, but there is the cost for that. Because of this cost the high powered PCs are going to be a slim minority, not really worth mentioning in normal conversation. The reality is the vast majority of PC playerbase have nowhere near as powerful computers as the current gen consoles. In fact many don't even match the last gen, and have to play in low res or low detail modes.

There is absolutely no reason for more powerful consoles at this moment in time.

Ooooh good question. I would like to see an improvement in the gameclips recording department. It's just so clunky right now, and it needs options to make our own videos from game content, like we used to have with the game clips editor we had, but they removed it ages ago. I want this.

The only thing I want for Series X is for Microsoft to steal the tech for haptic feedback controllers. The Xbox controller is comfortable and battery lasts longer but why not admit the PS5 controller is great and add similar features? It would make it feel new age and if both consoles have it developers will be motivated to use the feature.

I want more games for Xbox lol. I don't think they've even begun to use the full capabilities of the hardware yet and it's whisper quiet and cool so I don't see the need for a redesign. It's sorta big but nothing compared to the PS5; I wouldn't buy a new one just bc it's a little smaller or looks cool, that's not reason enough.

While this is true for some. I’ve seen some builds for roughly same price as new gen but better specs. It really helps if you know what your doing with a pc and can build your own. If you are buying pre built or having someone build you one it would probably cost more. Either way pricing for a pc to match specs isn’t the price of a car and some people just have a preference of keyboard and mouse instead of a controller.
