I should have mentioned that in my original post. Thanks for reminding me! :)

I'd like to get a really good TV to do the PS5 justice. I'm looking at 55" or 65" tops (it's not going in a big living room so this size should be perfect) and I'd like to stay around $1,200. I could go $1,600 if it's worth it, like its a really awesome TV.

Get a TCL 6 Series. It's beautiful for its price which is about $1k. The TV is capable of 120 Hz, so games above 60 fps on your PS5 will take advantage of that. Its comparable to even more expensive tvs.
