So I own both a ps5 and Xbox series x, pretty outrageous for an average person but I did notice this, now I have an elite series 2 controller and I mainly use that but I did use the original controller before that, and the buttons killed me, now I was partly used to that with the pretty loud keys on my Corsair keyboard that I have for my pc but with the dual sense it is far more comfortable, quieter and nicer compared to the controller that comes with the console, the controllers for the new generation consoles are excessively loud and very disturbing but on the elite series 2 it isn’t that exaggerated but still there, it’s clicky and snaps from in to out, no pressing it down easily and silently like on the dual sense but in snaps in and makes a very recognisable noise, which can really annoy someone in a long session of gta v when your off school because you don’t feel like going in on Monday, but seriously, it’s pretty distracting and I far prefer the dual sense because of it, it is less recognisable on the series 2 but the snap into place is still there and the noise is quieter but still exists
